PAYMENTS
Your first order with aa-rt is payable proforma. Subsequent orders will benefit from an invoiced 30 day credit period from placement of order and later, a 30 day credit period from delivery of order.

We accept payments by cash, cheque, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards via Paypal.

QUOTATIONS
All price quotations are honoured for a 30 day period. Due to fluctuations in material & production costs, it may be necessary to re-evaluate the quotation after this period of time.

AUTHOR'S CORRECTIONS
aa-rt endeavours to produce design solutions that are entirely to your satisfaction, meeting your design brief. Alterations through your feedback are inevitable and are catered for in our quotes. If we feel an exceptional number of alterations or author’s corrections have been requested on a project, extra charges may be incurred, of which you will be notified in advance.

REFUNDS
If you have actioned an order and then change your mind, refunds in relation to design services are not possible. Refunds or the cancellation of costs in relation to printi/production services may be possible if printing/production has not commenced. A charge will be incurred for the layout/setting that aa-rt will have already prepared in this instance.

All projects are signed off by the client upon satisfactory completion of design. Aa-rt is not obliged to alter a design or refund costs associated with a design that has been signed off.

aa-rt will outline the materials, processes and finishes to be applied to your final (printed) product in the initial quote. If you do not feel that your product meets the criteria detailed, or have any other issues with the quality of your product, you must contact aa-rt immediately. Aa-rt does not support any compromise on quality, but you must bear in mind that disputes relating to print quality cannot be pursued if the material/process/finish of the product is correct and a print proof has not been requested prior to the commencement of final print.

TAXES AND DELIVERY
All of aa-rt’s quotes include relevant taxes and delivery charges, unless otherwise stated. We try to keep your quote as simple and all-inclusive as possible.

DAMAGED GOODS
If there is any noticeable damage to the packaging on arrival you should refuse to accept the item.

If the goods appear undamaged and you accept delivery of the item before removing the packaging, you must sign the delivery documents accompanied by the words "Unchecked"

If, on unwrapping the delivery, damage is discovered, you must notify aa-rt within 24hours of receipt (or first thing Monday if a weekend delivery) of any damage to the goods. You must send damaged items back to us using our approved courier; details will be given as aplicable. You must include the original packaging materials when returning any damaged goods.

YOUR ARTWORK
The necessary technical specifications for providing your own artwork are listed under the Print section of this website. It is essential to meet these requirements in order to guarantee the quality of your print. If you are unsure about any aspect, please contact us and do not leave it to chance. Aa-rt will charge for alterations that need to be made if specifications are not met and cannot take resposbility for the quality of your print if the material provided does not meet them.
