The
goods purchased must be to the value of £300 or
greater.
The
gallery will deliver the goods at a convenient time
and to the registered address of the client, usually
at no extra cost.
The
client is required to provide proof of identification
and proof of address*
The
client makes an initial down-payment of a third of the
overall value of goods purchased.
The
gallery can then deliver the goods upon presentation
of identification.
The
client makes a payment exactly one month later, again
a third of the overall value of
the goods purchased.
The
client makes a final payment exactly one month later,
the final third of the overall value of the goods purchased.
The
client can make the 2nd & 3rd installments by; cash
(paid in at the gallery by the
installment due date), cheque (to be received by the
gallery by the installment due date),
debit/credit card (paid in at the gallery by the installment
due date), electronic bank transfer
(to be cleared in the gallery’s account by the
installment due date).
Once
all three payments have been made and all funds are
cleared, the ownership of the
‘Title’ of the goods officially transfers
to the client.
